More outrageous than any prior "Toxic Avenger" outing (and that says something!), this outrageous adventure is sure to Troma-tize all viewers. Here, Toxie, the deformed superhero, battles the Diaper Mafia, then, after an explosion, switches places with a doppelganger known as "the Noxious Avenger." This places Toxie in the dreaded Amortville and Noxie in Tromaville, which he proceeds to terrorize. Fellow heroes Sgt. Kabukiman, Mastor Bator and Dolphin Man join Toxie to save the day.
