Taboo, shot in 1979, remains one of the most popular titles to this day in the adult video world. This 1980 release directed by Kirdy Stevens stars the fabulous Kay Parker as a divorced, sexually-frustrated mother who becomes caught in a vortex of lust and passion for her son, Paul (played by Mike Ranger). This, combined with the all-star cast, is why Taboo has remained a top seller for over 25 years. In 1983 Taboo scored another first when it received an unprecedented nod from the prestigious Video Software Dealers Association (VSDA) special inaugural award for "X"-rated films.
