3.5 Litre Balls
I infused a total of 4 litres over 24 hrs. I weighed myself before I started and immediately after finishing. I had put on 7.7lbs, almost bang on 3.5kg. So I reckon the size in this video is about 3.5 litres. Wouldve loved to hit 4 litres but I was already seeing migration up my abdomen so it would've been pointless. Theres always next time though :D
