This is my first Disney princess cosplay scene dressed in the "authentic" costume that the princess wore in the movie. Initially when I was planning out the "Princess" series I was going to buy custom made, authentic costumes (I would specifically look for a costume that looked exactly like the costume in the movie). After seeing how much one shoot would cost (between hiring my photographer, potentially renting a location, buying the custom costume, wig, jewelry, shoes and props) I decided that it would be smarter financially if I went the "Princess inspired" route. Honestly though I became a bit bore with the inspired look and really wanted to wear the true princess dress. I figured Giselle (from Enchanted) would be an easy look to start off with. While she doesn't wear any jewelry while in the blue dress I decided to buy jewelry that symbolized parts of the movie. You'll notice my jewelry on me. The wig I wore was incredibly cute and wasn't that bad of a color on me.
